Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the es250 platform via es250.net or our mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and es250 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. es250 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
This platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of es250, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. es250 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
During registration, you may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card or passport. This verification process is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and es250 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an es250 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Colluding or cooperating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
- Using this platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
- Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party under any circumstances.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action. es250 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action without prior notice to the user.
Payment and MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the es250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online bank transfers through FPX and available local e-wallets. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered under the same name as the es250 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. es250 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they are eligible for cash withdrawal. The wagering requirements applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is issued. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus credits without compensation.
Es250 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by a user's financial institution in processing deposit or withdrawal transactions. Users are encouraged to check the fee policies of their respective banks or payment providers before making any transaction.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Inactive Accounts
Limitation of Liability
Es250 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to any particular user's needs. The platform is provided "as is". es250 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from system failures, internet connectivity issues, or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the es250 platform, including designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of es250 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content without prior written consent from es250.
Inactive Account and Closure Policy
Any account that shows no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. es250 reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee on inactive accounts or close them after providing reasonable notice. An account may be suspended or permanently closed upon evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
Third-Party Links
The es250 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. es250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Es250 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the es250 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for resolution.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. es250's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
